Sent the PC Doctor an email querying a problem I was having with my laptop. Responded within an hour and once I dropped the laptop off with him fixed it over the weekend, I ended up getting the laptop back a couple of days earlier than anticipated and in full working order. Excellent customer service and care levels, would highly recommend.
I would recommend PC doctor to everyone!I rang Angela whilst on holiday in Spain and she was extremely helpful! I arranged to bring the computer to her house on the Monday I returned. I told her the price and was given a quote of 45, which I was really happy with.The most important thing to me was the 20,000 pictures I had on there of my son and I was terrified of losing them but I was assured that everything would be backed up!I had to change the time I was dropping off and she was accommodating to that too. Angela told me that it would be roughly 48 hours before it would be ready to be collected. After 1 day, I have just collected it and it is working brilliantly! Thank you for sorting it so efficiently! One very happy customer, who will certainly return in the future!
